A flexible, contractor-friendly solution for roofs and walls on new build and refurbishment projects. KEL Distribution supplies single-skin sheets and complete twin-skin built-ups, made bespoke to length with a fast, reliable turnaround plus all matching accessories.

Single-Skin

• Roof & Wall outers: 0.7 mm (roof & wall), 0.5 mm (roof & wall)
• Coatings/colours: Galvanised, Polyester, Plastisol/LG, PVDF, HPS200 Ultra, HDX Granite and Bright-White Liners; wide RAL/BS colour range (coastal/industrial specs available)
• Anti-condensation fleece (factory-applied) for single-skin roofs
• Forming options: Cranked curved, self-curved/drape (profile-dependent)
• Perforated sheets for acoustic absorption (liners/soffits)

Twin-Skin built-up systems

• External sheet: typically 0.7 mm
• Internal liner (Bright White): 0.7 mm or 0.4 mm
• Wall option: 0.7 mm / 0.5 mm outer as required
• Layers: vapour control layer (VCL) + insulation (quilt 040) to meet target U-values
• Ancillaries: fixings, stitchers, foam fillers, butyl/EPDM tapes, closures, flashings, and GRP rooflights to match the profile

Cut-to-length production with fast turnaround and delivery, plus all matching accessories to complete the envelope.
