• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
• Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and may be subject to VAT at the applicable rate.
• Payment terms are strictly as agreed (e.g. pro forma invoice, account terms if applicable).
• We accept payment by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods.
• Title to goods remains with us until full payment is received.

• Delivery times are estimates only and we are not liable for delays outside our control.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.
• You must check goods on receipt and notify us of any shortages or damages within 24 hours.

• Bespoke or made-to-order goods cannot be cancelled or returned.
• Standard items may only be returned with our prior written agreement and may be subject to a restocking charge.
• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

• Goods are supplied subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and conditions.
• We do not provide additional warranties beyond those supplied by the manufacturer.

• Our liability for loss or damage is limited to the value of the goods supplied.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (e.g. loss of profits, business interruption).

We are not responsible for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including strikes, transport delays, natural disasters, etc.).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
